I contacted Andie in 2017 when we needed copywriting expertise to create content for our website in the form of articles and case studies, as well as re-write the copy for the website itself while it was being redeveloped. I was looking for someone who could grasp the technical aspects of our SaaS business and be able to translate this into language that was easy for everyday people to understand. 

In particular, I wanted a copywriter with a solid marketing background who could ensure the copy covered all the bases for it to be effective and compelling. Andie ticked all those boxes and more. What initially stood out about working with her is her ability to use feedback in a constructive way to fine-tune copy and meet every part of my brief, resulting in copy being finished to an excellent standard. 

Andie uses a high level of initiative to get the best out of projects and has regularly contributed creative ideas, including introducing us to some key people that have helped develop the business.

We have also used Andie’s marketing strategy services to help us conceptualise and develop products, including input into naming ideas, which resulted in 'Vibe' (now our core business offering). She has also helped us define our target market and customer personas by leading strategy sessions. Andie has undertaken a vast amount of writing for Vibe, including copy for the Vibe website, media articles, regular content for social media and has developed success stories that involved interviewing our clients.
