BJ Ball supplies paper and packaging substrates plus roll solutions to the commercial print industry. For over 100 years BJ Ball has represented the finest, most environmentally responsible commercial paper brands from around the world. Their Marketing & Environmental Manager engaged Andie to help her transition into a new role. Having come from a Sales background, she needed support with marketing strategy and documenting a plan as well as help tackling their first challenge of brand refinement.
Requirements
- To provide a marketing plan template along with regular 1:1 meetings to guide client through the process of creating a plan
- Provide explanation of marketing concepts and answer questions about marketing strategy and planning as they arose
- Help with prioritisation and categorisation of objectives as we developed the plan
- Provide feedback on draft documentation
- Act as a sounding board to bounce ideas and challenges off
- Facilitate the process of creating brand architecture, hierarchies, propositions and personas and achieve greater clarity for future branding direction
- Provided a good foundation from which revised brand guidelines could be created and place business in better position for communicating what the brands represent moving forward
